The easiest way would probably just be a contract. Typically, a constellation and sponsorship contract can have provisions to allow the constellation to control the sponsor, but there's no reason that can't be written in reverse.

You haven't even remembered enough to know that Kim Dokja would set up a loophole for himself from the start.

If we were going through the scenarios, I'd never offer this in the first place. But haven't you remembered enough to know why I did all of that?
